Wagner Paving Inc. was founded in 1970 by Tom Wagner. The company started with just six employees, an asphalt spreader box, one roller, two dump trucks, and a backhoe. Using honesty, integrity, hard work, and his main rule: “Treat every customer’s project as if you were doing it for yourself,” he grew Wagner Paving into what it is today. We now average 60 employees, with many of the employees having been with us for over 25 years. Along with retaining quality employees, Tom has also invested into an extensive and modern fleet of equipment to better serve his customers. Fifty years later the same philosophy still applies.
HELP WANTED: Part-Time Shop & Crew Support (2–3 Days/Week)
Are you retired but looking for a reason to get out of the house and stay active? Or maybe you’re just looking for a low-stress way to help out a local team? We’re looking for a reliable Shop & Crew Support person to join us!
This isn't a heavy labor job - it’s about keeping our wheels turning.
What the day looks like:
✅ The Shop: Picking up and delivering parts for our mechanics so they can stay on the tools.
✅ The Crew: Visiting our construction sites to drop off Gatorade, deliver site signs or run small tools to the guys.
✅ The Vibe: Low stress, high variety.
The Details:
Schedule: Flexible 2–3 days per week.
Requirements: A valid driver’s license and a reliable attitude.

Current Job Openings:
Field & Operations
Paving Crew Member: Supports the paving operation, works with the crew, and gains experience in the field.
Concrete Crew Member: Supports the concrete operation, works with the crew, and gains experience in the field.
Driving & Logistics
CDL Driver: Operates dump trucks to haul asphalt and other materials.
Lowboy Driver: Transports heavy equipment to and from job sites. Requires a Class A CDL.
Maintenance & Shop
Heavy Equipment Mechanic: Performs routine maintenance and repairs on company vehicles and construction machinery to ensure safe and reliable operations.
